AIMS OF THE SYMPOSIUM    

The aim of the symposium is to provide a scientific forum where participants can discuss the properties and production processes of the traditional food products produced in the geography from Adriatic to Caucasus, to promote these products in international platform, to publish a reference book including scientific papers and discussions that can help to enhance the relationship on international educational and cultural aspects.

To create a cooperation background that will be important for the future educational and cultural practices between the universities in this region.
