Manuscript Preparation (Guide for authors)

 

Manuscripts must be typed with 1,5 line spacing and margin of 2,5 cm for all sides.

Font style should be Times New Roman and font size of 12 pt is required.

Papers should not exceed 4 pages (in MS-Word format) including tables, illustrations, figures and references.

Authors should follow this order when typing manuscripts;

  • Title
  • Authors
  • Abstrac
  • Keywords
  • Main Text
  • References.
Guideline for poster preparation:
Posters must not exceed 90 cm width by 120 cm height and should be readable from a distance of 1 meter.
The symposium logo is ready-to-use in posters and authors can download from here.

 

Guideline for references:

References should be numbered (Arabic numerals in square brackets, e.g. [12]) in the order in which they are first mentioned in the main text.

References should be given in the following form at the end of the manuscript;

  • Deadline for the submission of fulltext articles is 5 March 2010. If the fulltext of the accepted articles will not be provided until the deadline, only the abstract will be published in the symposium book.
