The first international food symposium "Traditional Foods from Adriatic to Caucasus" will take place on 15-17 April 2010 in Tekirdag by the organisation of Namık Kemal University Food Engineering Department based on the Trilateral Agreement between Trakya University, State University of Tetova and Namık Kemal University.
